This lip liner is one of the things I cannot live without. No joke, I have purchased about 8 now. I go through 3-4 in a year. I got my mom hooked on this too. I say this in the nicest way... I am a makeup snob. I have tried enough products to be able to recognize quality products regardless of price. This liner is one of the best out there. I use it everyday to line and fill my lips, and top it with anything! Lipstick, gloss, the colors don't even have to match because this is a "your lips but better" color. On top of this, my lipstick stays extra put. Another tip, in addition to this, use the NYX wonder pencil to outline the outside of your lips and keep darker lipsticks looking clean and crisp.
