I use a golf ball-size amount raked through my damp hair before blowdrying. Unlike other mousses that I have tried, this does not leave any kind of sticky residue or film on my hands or my hair (I don't feel like I need to wash my hands after applying it). This morning I even waited until my hair was mostly dry before applying it and it still didn't feel too heavy.
The odor is similar to baby powder, which was kind of strong when I first used it, but I can't smell it once it is dry.
It's inexpensive and is much more effective at providing lasting volume throughout all of my hair versus a more expensive brand. Love it! Will definitely buy again!
