from santa cruz ca: I use this product, (NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk) for a couple of things: 1. To Prime the lower lid when I REALLY want my color to POP, such as a light, or even bright pink/lavendar, (any color would do). This would work with any of the Jumbo pencils and matching powder eye shadow. 2. As a very bright inner corner on a bronze smokey eye, while also using a dash of the Bronze Jumbo Pencil.
